I have had the most terrible impression.Was met by a cacasian guy with a gun - a receptionist who hardly spoke Russian. The locks in the rooms reminded of a home toilet and out of the ceiling hole they sprayed a stinky refreshing fragrance. I refused to stay there as was scrared. Went down and met another cacasian speaking with receptionist in their language. Could you please exclude this hotel from Booked.net - these people have no idea of service and can only scare visitors!!! I am shocked!

If I would be a member of Addams family, maybe everything
In mid of nothing, no gps, no google maps, no taxidriver knows how to arrive, nobody speaks a word out of russian, taxes are added to Booked.net price, no internet in the rooms despite of complaints. Room equipped with: a bed, a wordrobe without shelfs nor clothes hangers, an enpty fridge, a little, low table, no chairs, no desks. In the bathroom no place to put your beautycase, a very little washbasin, a normal shower. Somebody came to change the towels but didn't clean, despite forgetting bucket and detergents in the room. Sheets didn't cover the whole mattress and there was no way to fix. I checked breakfast room: stinky and dirty appearence
